Lisa Suneus is a clinical qPCR field applications scientist at ThermoFisher Scientific, with a strong focus on clinical quantitative PCR and molecular biology workflows. With a graduate background in medical microbiology, immunology and parasitology, she brings over 20 years’ experience in supporting both clinical and research clients, with a particular emphasis on developing novel applications that advance the use of real-time PCR technologies. Lisa has a track record of helping customers optimize and troubleshoot their qPCR detection assays and she is interested in exploring new frontiers in multiplex qPCR. Her continued interest in multiplexing strategies is driven by a passion for improving workflow efficiency, data quality and diagnostic potential in gene expression studies and beyond.
